A) LEG EXTENSIONS ON AIR PRESSURE MACHINE- ISOMETRIC HOLDS FOR 40-50 SECS / 4 SETS
B) LEG PRESS 12-15 REPS / 4 SETS
C) SQUATS 12-15 REPS / 4 SETS
D) SEATED LEG CURL 12-15 REPS / 4 SETS
E) LUNGES / 3 ENTIRE LANES
